The best mexican food I ever had was from the lunches of some illegals I worked with in Utah. Every Friday I would bring in a half dozen pizzas as a reward for a good weeks work. They then started sharing their lunches with me during the week. I wouldn't take much because they had so little but it was miles better than TexMex. (which I also love)
