Grayson is doing quite well. he's weighing in at about 14lbs, and has acquired a belly i try to work off of him with chase games. he loves to play chase and hide games with me, along with rough play. a man's cat, i'd say...
the paisley underground... i'm surprised you know that term. there is only one that matters to me, and i still have their album in the car (i listen to it, still): Salvation Army, later known as Three O'Clock.
it was the front man, Ricky Start (Mike Quercio, later), who coined that term, if needed to know that.
Salvation Army played the hardcore scene as well as the 60's revival scene in the 80's. they had a foot in both directions when they started. their sound was a fusional blend of the Monkees and Ramones. i think they were the first to hit that mark just that way.
I'm calling bogus on the Mall Diva; she doesn't even know what the NFC North is. I think her son Benjamoose has already hacked her computer and password.
The local stuff is pretty diverse...lots of folky shit (that I hate), lots of electronica and dubstep, a surprisingly vibrant hiphop scene for a city with like 12 black people, and then a some pretty great metal around the edges, which is what I usually go for.

Gino,
Can we have an update on your cat?

What's your favorite Paisley Underground band, and why?
Thanks for the info on Grayson. I'm glad you had an honest answer to my question :)

How do you feel about the Bears' chances next year in the NFC North?

Have you looked to see if anyone is playing in Seattle that you want to see when you are going to be up here? Lots of bands come through...

Mall Diva: the bears are toss up this year. if they fix the O line, they should be a threat. if they also find an ace reciever, double that.
but they will do better than the vikings, i dont expect the packers to repeat, but watch out for the lions.
Night Writer: Mall diva is not bogus, but big moose's football picks might be.
Brian: i'll take a look. have any suggestions? something grungy, maybe?
They only do grunge in museums here, these days.

But lots of stuff comes through...
When are you here?
