"What brings this?", you may be asking...
Well, in case you haven't heard, the McRib is back after a two year hiatus. I missed McRib the last time around, so I'm making sure I get my fill this time around.
Why?
Because McRib is more than just a sandwich.
McRib is also: 490 calories, 25 grams of fat, 75 mgs of cholesterol, and 1040 mb of salt, all processed into a tender pork patty, submerged in a tangy bbq sauce, and gently placed in a warm, soft sesame seed roll with fresh onion and pickles.
And it tastes oh, soo goood!
If you don't eat a McRib, the terrorists win.
I'll be getting another one, maybe two, tonight.

You HAD to post this on a Friday, didn't you?
MMMMMMMMMMMMMM.... Fakey, but good.
foxy: you can have one on saturday, though.
RW: 40 hogs, maybe more, but diversity is the strength of this nation.
Vas:i just see it as sausage in a different shape.
I have poor impulse control, though. >.<
Mmm....Sausage....
Wait, you liked this crap?
number of probable chemicals + state of hog farming that achieves McCheap food = this doesn't even register as a potential food source to me
but then, I finally gave up Best Foods (Hellman's) mayonnaise for more expensive, not as tasty organic mayonnaise ... so I'm probably an outlier on this one ;).
(The one conventional-food stronghold in my life? Coca Cola. I only drink it about once a month--but the organic colas Just Can't Compare (although they are better than Pepsi : P ;) ). Recently tried "Iron Beer," an old Cuban cola--that stuff is pretty tasty, too, although also not organic, sigh.)
Yeah, if I want to eat a meat of indeterminate anatomical origin, I'm definitely having sausage...
it IS sausage of a different shape.
get a grip, y'all...
and fight the terrorists.
eat McRib.
Can't do it. My late mother got my kids hooked on real food, which means they don't do "Chez Mac" without a fuss...
....but I had bacon for breakfast. Does that count?
