Lessee....I think lots of soybean oil, fillers, and such were to be found in their pizza. I loved it at times, but it's not like I don't know it's been wreaking havoc with the fats in my blood.
Of course, soybean oil and fillers are also natural foods. Maybe it was all plastic? :^)
Pizza Hut puts so much oil on their pizzas that they are essentially deep-fried. And I'm reasonably certain that the ingredient you're looking for is Soylent Green.
tried to post this several days ago, and I'm sure noone cares particularly, but I found out from getting a high-end food catalog that natural cured meats are cured by 1) spices that prevent undesired spoilage 2) air-drying to prevent spoilage 3) some deliberate 'spoilage': that white rind on all the "real" stuff is actually the yeast or mold or whatever ... just like on "real" cheese
anyhow, that explained the real ;) *tang* that stuff has--serious backbite in the secondary tastes!
I'm guessing Pizza Hut is going the "no added nitrites" 'natural' route (celery juice is added nitrites, but they don't have to say so because it is a food ... that's how most of the 'natural' meats go now).

*shudder*
It's no wonder we Americans have the health problems that we do, eating whatever cheap chemical-filled crap they used for years at places like this.
I'm no charcuterie expert, but I'm pretty sure that cured meats (i.e., peperoni) are not "natural" by definition.
It's amazing what people will buy if you slap a (generally arbitrary and often meaningless) label like "organic" or "all-natural" on it.

It's just advertising. Ignore as needed.
